Pleasantly surprised by the coverage, price, and the service.

I was having a hard time finding a decent quote for a builders risk policy that can convert to a long term landlord policy... and was affordable but covered well. All I was getting was basic coverage that was grossly overpriced. I can honestly say I had an amazing conversation with an insurance agent that I actually enjoyed... and learned a lot from. Certainly not the norm, in my opinion. Lucas Ramos was absolutely outstanding. Not only did he reduce my costs by almost a third on the builders risk portion (and almost matched the long term policy)... but he provided me with dramatically better coverage. In addition, he provided an education about the differences in the policies I got. He even did this without me divulging any details about my other quotes... or knowing I had other quotes in front of me while talking to him. He basically walked me through how to properly compare them to each other so its comparing real apples-to-apples... and not apples-to-potatoes. 10/10 recommend Steadily, and Lucas Ramos!
