Dishonest business practices
I just want people to know how scummy of a business they are. Bought my first home recently which had a water heater rental from them. I called them immediately and told them I didn't want it and they removed it for a hefty fee, of course. I just looked at the invoice. The day I bought the home, without my consent, they "opened an account" and charged me $35 for an account set up fee. 2 days later, they charged me $40 for an account closure fee. These are the criminals we are dealing with,
