A fraud service and always charge more
It is a fraud service and always charges me more money. My home broadband begins Feb 2025. From Feb 2025 to now (July 2025), V4 Consumer already charged me more twice. Every time they do not provide refund and I have to get my refund through raise a dispute to the Ombudsman. This time, they charged me more again, and sent me a refund confirmation email on 7 July 2025. Through the refund confirmation letter, i should receive the refund within 14 days. However, I do not receive! I have to claim money through small claim court. Anyway, tips for other customers, the Ombudsman and Small claims Court can get the money back from the company.
