Reservation through bookings.com
Made a reservation through bookings.com for Denver airport. when reached for pickup told that reservation does not exist despite showing the confirmation email. In addition, learned that they do not rent to Colorado residents, per regulations. No one ever mentioned that before during the reservation process. To add to the injury, they charged me ~$60 USD for not showing up to pick up. Reached out to dispute the charge and was told that the since I did not show up for pickup they charged as per policy. The above review was submitted after working with customer support and they were of no help.
