Appalling service.

Appalling service. I didn’t receive the complete order initially, or even the correct items. I asked for a return and was refused, I have spent 6 months going back and forth with them trying to return but they insist on getting the order complete before hand. I have now received 3 packages and as yet I still have not obtained my full order. I have been offered a free returns label several times and then told that they don’t offer free returns, and they keep sending things to me to try and get the order complete after me specifically requesting that I don’t want anything else to be sent. I’m exhausted with all the correspondence which seems inconsistent from their end, every time I speak to someone it feels like a new person who is not familiar with the issues I have experienced to date. I recommend they be avoided to save frustration and energy!
