Excellent as always but with an unexpected twist
I have ordered over 10 mobiles over the years and it was always a pleasure. Quick check with O2, fast shipping and very good deals. However this time I wasn’t able to log in to my account (couldn’t find the log in button) and then my details didn’t match. Nothing has changed so far so it was weird. Couple of safety checks and a bit more time and finally my order was accepted. I give 5 stars because Mobilephonesdirect is a reliable company with amazing deals but I would like my previous experience with them back.
