Without doubt the worst company I have…
Without doubt the worst company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have had tried to contact on 3 occasions for 3 different breakdowns. The first time I was told that my car wasnt covered even though I phoned them to tell them. They then charged me 30 pounds to come out. The next time was for a puncture. I simplyncould not get through I was on hold and told constantly to log it online. I had no internet where I was so I called a friend and asked them to log it for me. Upon entering the details I was told that they could not log my fault online and I would have to call. I waited for 2 hours and no response. More recently I had the same problem apparently 11pm is an extremely busy time again I was told tonlog it online. I tried and again I was told I had to call. I gave up after being on hold for an hour. I very rarely complain but I tried customer services who hide behind email and AI responses. I tried the ceo and again was fobbed off. I will never ever go with the RAC again they are absolutely terrible. Customer services will not even look into the details and tell me why I can't log online. I have now joined the AA to run concurrently as I cannot trust the RAC.
