Fraudulent Act from Hacker and Company
Yesterday, somebody manage to hack the account that I have activate for 2 years with them in January 23, They told me that the Hacker also managed from my account to buy new products (90$ and 38,24$) using my PayPal account on their systems (only good know why an hacker should do that...). Finally he managed to change the mail so I was blocked out from my account and the only thing that I could do is to block the card on PayPal and ask to PayPal to cancel the 2 Payments done yesterday 90$ and 38,24$ . Then I contact the support to solve the rest of the problem. After more than one hour I manage to have again my credential, but...SURPRISE theY cancelled my subscription valid for another 15 month, because I cancelled the fraudulent payment on PayPal!!! Basically the stole my 69,95$ paid for the 2 years subscription, because I asked the refund of the Fraudulent money they stole from me 90$ and 38,24$ done yesterday!! I think that it's so unbelievable what they are doing that I try to speak with another operator on the chat, because he had problems....but the situation didn't change, I also wrote 2 mail to solve this, but no answer. Finally, It's disgusting that a company put a customer in a situation like this (No security) an hacker can do everything without control.....but the worst thing is the behavior they had with me after it, trying to take money from me, instead of helping.
