Well where do I start I booked a trip to Scotland with shearings we booked and paid for it early I had to phone up and ask which hotel we was going in a week before and phone up what time pick up was from our point. By the time we got to the hotel no one was on reception our dinner was 6.30 to 9.30 it was disgusting the food my partner couldn't eat it. The next morning we went to breakfast well that was a total disaster no food hardly migrants were in raiding all the food and stuffing it in their bags this was the holiday Inn east kilbride Scotland we were going to see the Edinburgh tattoo. The following day we went down to breakfast no marmalade jam just one jar of honey and half jar nutella then dinner a total disaster again my partner bought a meal there off their menu £14 for a burger which he paid for. It is a lot to do with Shearings and Holiday Inn which ruined our holiday. The majority of the coach were absolutley disgusted in which we were treated.
