hero to zero in 60 days
well i've gone from someone who switched 2 months ago and left a glowing review of the switch to a customer absolutely going around in circles and getting nowhere with their customer service team,not the time taken to answer the calls,that is very efficient,but their complete inability to sort out a relatively simple problem regarding billing or even return calls or email an update which they all claim to be doing but in reality don't. so disappointed.hero to zero in 60days☹️.
