Happy patient, who had few concerns before arrival
I was looking for dentist in Istanbul and quoted 3 clinics, including Dentakay, for prices... When received an answers from all of them, Dentakay quoted me most affordable price. (and in my opinion, most logical treatment plan) So i started to research this dental clinic by checking reviews, looking for bad ones, etc... I saw that majority of them were excellent reviews, from happy patients.. But i found some bad too... Some of these reviews were claiming that Dentakay clinic tries to upsell people, that good reviews are written by their employees or patients are forced to write good ones... So these were my red flags.... But i still thought that if there are a lot of customers, there always will be some unhappy people and i risked it.... Today it was my last day of visits and i received 3 implants, 24 zirconium crowns, 6 extractions, 6 root canals and infection cleaning (kist cleaning)... Now i can tell from my own experience of a patient, who nearly choosed different clinic because of those few bad reviews, but decided to risk it.. And i can tell that i was happy about everything... Hotel they booked for me (included in treatment price) was nice... Drivers are awesome, my flight was 1.5h late and driver waited for me in airport till 2am till my plane landed... (due of snow storm, my plane was circling over Istanbul for 1.5h) Anyway, all drivers were awesome, punctual and friendly... Doctors, interpreters, assistants and other staff in the clinic was absolutely awesome... I would like to tell special thanks for my doctor Abdullah, who was extremely patient with me, because i was changing my mind, kept finding some issues where there was no issues and he patiently was checking and explaining me that everything is fine and i worried for nothing... 😄 Thanks Dr. Abdullah, your job was great, im really happy about my crowns... Also I would like to give a special thanks for interpreter who was translating for me all the time, she was super friendly and kept asking doctor for me if i had some questions or concerns... Unfortunately i forgot your name 😊😊 but you know that im extremely grateful for you 😁 Every staff member made sure i would feel great in their clinic, everyone went above and beyong to ensure an excellent service... So for those who will look for reviews, i can ensure that im not a staff member, also nobody asked me to leave any reviews... And nobody tried to upsell me... Price was nearly exactly same as quoted from phone pictures sent on whatsapp. Im just so grateful for all staff of this clinic, that i thought i will leave my review, explain my concerns when i was choosing this clinic, etc... So new future patients who will search for reviews, wouldnt be miss leaded by few unhappy reviews... Personally me, i highly recommended this clinic for everyone... Best regards, Very happy customer 😁
