Tout a été parfait, de la prise de contact, au devis et aux soins de haute qualité. Un accueil parfait, un personnel hyper compétant et à l’écoute, un suivi parfait. En ce qui concerne l’hébergement c’était aussi parfait. Je ne peux que recommander Dentakay.

The whole treatment from the beginning to the end was nothing what I exepted. On the first day of arrival to the clinic i have been told that ia have to pay £2000 extra for the treatment and that was a huge red flag I should have give attention to but is to late now .I have been told to pay prior the treatment and as the days have passed I have been asked to pay for medicines which is pluss extra cost . I stayed for 10 days there but still the procedure was extremely rushed because they was every single day overbooked and the dentists was constantly working day and night .Just to mention the Dental team has nothing to do with the management they are really kind and trying their best but the management team is terrible. They just want to pull out the most money as possible from you as soon as you paid everything goes as they want not you . On the day of my return to UK the say day they scheduled to fit final crowns plus 4 wisdom teeth removal operation . As soon as I was done they rushed me to the Airport while I was still really dizzy from the anastasia and bleeding .If I don't have my cousin with me I don't how how I would make it back home .Now 6 months later im facing issues with the crowns which is definitely the result rushed procedure. The after care team is equal to 0 they will respond eventually but they will tell you what you already know .So now i have to return to them to get it fixed which is again extra cost .honest opinion about this clinic is that don't fall for the advertisement and the name it dosent matter they are all the same .

Because I expressed interest in their services now they keep calling me up on different phone numbers, it is harassment and I find their aggressive persistence very off putting, I would not go ahead with any treatment from them

Mauvais soins, mauvais suivi. Faites vos soins en Europe ils coûtent un peu plus cher mais ce sont des soins de qualité. Faites l’assurance dentaire européenne et refaite vos problèmes par étape petit à petit et tout sera remboursé par votre assurance. Vous pouvez même le faire en Bulgarie qui sont réputés et vous serez remboursé car c’est en Europe. En Europe limer une dent saine comme un requin est passible de prison mais dans certaines clinique turque ils le font sans scrupule. donc réfléchissez bien avant de confier votre bouche. Si vous faites vos soins en Europe vous avez la protection . Relayez ce commentaire au maximum car il sera signalé pour éviter que les gens ne voient la vérité. Je peux tout prouver ici avec un dossier en béton.

La première partie s’est très bien déroulée , nous verrons pour la finalisation du projet dans quelques mois , accueil exceptionnel et service extra ,hygiène irréprochable, vous pouvez vous y rendre détendu 😁

Je suis arrivée chez Dentakay en septembre. L’accueil était parfait je n’ai absolument rien à dire. L’hôtel , la clinique magnifique. Voilà maintenant que je vis un cauchemars depuis le mois de septembre est pire encore!!!! Je décide donc de faire un changement de couronnes parc que les couronnes en France étaient jaune et grosses. Je n’aimais absolument pas. Bref Il ne me restais que 6 dents à moi. Le devis correspondait au montant qu’on m’avais indiqué à quelques euros prêt. Lundi matin consultation. Rdv lundi soir à 21h. Ça m’a beaucoup impressionné quand même.. j’arrive le dentiste me dit on y va ? Je répond ok avec beaucoup de peur aussi parc que j’ai toujours peur des anesthésies. Ensuite elle me relime les dents mais vraiment toute petites or qu’elles étaient déjà limé puisque c’était un changement de courrones! On ne pas pas faire des courrones si on ne lime pas les dents. Logique ! Je souffre un peu mais ça va .. ensuite elle décide de m’arracher une dent à l’improviste puisqu’elle bougeait beaucoup. Je hurle puisque cette fois si l’anesthésie était dans le palais horrible! Je vous passe des détails j’ai refait donc mes dents. En rentrant la semaine d’après je me rends compte que j’ai une infection sur une dent du fond. L’infection était tellement douloureuse il y’avaut énormément de pus pendant l’extraction bien que j’ai été mise sous antibiotiques. Douleurs très très insupportable sur 2 dents d’en haut sans explication ..!!! Je retourne en Turquie en octobre ils me devitalise les deux dents de devant.. aucun changement ! Je décide de revenir au mois d’avril beaucoup plus optimiste ! On retire les courrones on fait un changement pour voir si ce n’est pas la pression des courrones qui perdure la douleur ! Aucun changement.,. Je pleure je souffre beaucoup… Depuis cette année là j’ai déjà retirer 3 dents. Je regrette tellement. J’aurai préférer rester comme ça avec des couronnes jaune et grosses. Que d’avoir cette douleur qui est impressionnante. Je pleure tout les jours sincèrement: On viens me dire que c’est peut être une névralgie dentaire que il faut que j’aille voir un neurologue .. j’ai fais tout les examens nécessaire. Il en revient qu’en France on me dise mais c’est normal… ils ton limé les dents la gencive a été agresser la seule chose qu’on me conseille c’est de retirer les dents et de mettre un dentier… En Turquie il ne trouve pas de problème pour eux c’est psychologique ! Or que j’en souffre tout les jours. On va me dire que c’est normal parc que j’ai du diabète et que le diabète fais ça. Mais n’importe quoi!!! Le service client vont certainement commenté en disant que ils ont essayer de m’aider machin … m’aider a quoi? Ensuite ils vont dire mais non c’est pas notre faute. En réalité si .. le faire de se faire limé les dents au ras dû nerfs c’est logique de ressentir ces douleurs. Les tissus sont abîmé. Ne faites jamais ça de loin les facettes c’est mieux !! Et pourtant comme je l’ai expliqué c’était juste un changement de couronne. Ma vie est bousculée j’aurai jamais dû faire ça et j’en paye le prix. Je vais toutes les arraché et avoir un dentier mais je n’ai que 30 ans! J’aurai préféré avoir un dentier à 50 - 60 ans. Pour moi à ce stade là c’est préférable d’avoir un dentier à cette âge. Franchement j’ai pas dit que dentakay était pourrit ou quoi juste ne refaite pas vos dents en courrones faites juste des facettes.

I had my inplants done by godent who half way through treatment got took over by dentakay so they did the porcelain crowns but they informed me that they was not responsible for inplants so what that means for me no warranty any I had my porcelain crowns by dentakay they make sure they don't fit crowns till the night before you fly back so you have no time to test them. Well I had mine and in clinic the night before I was due back as they was conducting the tests I chipped so they said I'm going to have to stay another day if I want a permanent fix so I had to pay extra for flight extension and they covered hotel I still was not that concerned I just wanted it all done properly. They fixed them and I came back they gave me certificate to say they had 10 year warranty but now about 10 months later the fixed tooth has come away plus to others dameged. When I contacted straight away they said I been grinding my teeth and biting to hard so they was not covering them I've been doing all the after care as they told me wearing night gaurd etc. First off all the one tooth was damaged before treatment finnished and not repaired properly so came away one damaged one is at front which it's in possible to grind and I don't bit off with my front teeth so it's in possible for that to be damaged by my negligence. To cut a long story sort they have said I got to cover costs flight and hotel and transfer and come to clinic and then they will make a decision well that not was told to me before I left they said they definitely cover hotel and transfer I carnt go all that way for them to say no. So I left with 3 damaged teeth less than a year in warranty is worthless never mind 10 years. It's a shame really because I was satisfied before the damage. I advise you all to be careful as soon as they had your money warrty means nothing.

After weeks of research and reading horror stories about bad dental work abroad, I finally found Dentakay — and couldn’t find a single red flag. I verified their dentists were licensed by the Turkish government, and once I was confident, I booked my flight. The clinic is ultra-modern, the staff are helpful (translators available!), and the dentist was highly skilled. I’m the type to say things exactly how they are — and this place is absolutely top-tier. Don’t risk going anywhere else.

My overall experience at Dentakay was top Notch. The staff are amazing, the quality of service the second to none. If I were to give them some advice, I would definitely advise that they do not give a price based on someone abroad sending pictures, only to find when they eventually do visit the dentist and have a full scan that price could increase dramatically, as did with me. Also, I found it quite confusing sometimes with the amount of people messaging me through WhatsApp, it did get to the stage where I didn’t know who to contact, and on the odd occasion, I would send a message to all of the contacts and it took some time to get a reply. The above are just constructive criticisms,…. overall my experience was completely satisfactory, and the price I paid was less than half. I would’ve had to pay in the United Kingdom.
