3 reasons to never use Marsh & Parsons: 1) They misspelt my name on a legal document 2) They did not respond to my email for 10 days, and even then, only when chased 3) When I rung up to ask a question about the Covid-19 notice period, I was given the completely wrong information, which has delayed my house move by 6 months All they care about is making money, they are not interested in looking after their customers.
