Late delivery again

Reading the glowing comments below I must be the unluckiest Certas customer. This is the second order in succession that has missed the 'latest' delivery date. I placed my order on the 7 February and was given a 'latest' date of the 21 February. Two weeks seems a reasonable window to make a delivery particularly as payment is taken on the day the order is placed. The 21 February came and went without a delivery. Over the next four days we made numerous phone calls and emails, whilst panicking that our oil was going to run out. A delivery was finally made on the 25 February. The call centre staff are polite and helpful but there seems to be real disconnect between them and the depot. They are certainly not being given accurate information and it's often contradictory between diffferent members of staff. On this occasion Certas were cheaper than any other supplier but in furure I'd rather pay extra for a reliable service.
