The product is good but the order process is chaotic.
The product is good - it's an iPhone, and the O2 plan is good value. But the ordering process was chaotic. After I broke my phone MPD accepted my order for a new one for "next day". I gave them a PAC. 2 days later O2 was not aware of the order. After more days and phone calls O2 found the order and shipped the phone. The number had not been transferred. O2 had lost the PAC. After more phoning I got a date for the number transfer. It took over a week and some hours on the phone to remote call centres to get the new phone up and running.
