online service terrible
The online service is absolutely terrible, I've purchased an item that haven't arrived and ive being exchanged a number of emails with them just to hear that they are doing investigations on the warehouse... it is not clear that an item that never arrived and they acknowledged that needs to be refunded? really awful experience online...
