After switching from another network to Lyca, I was completely ignored when trying to get help. Only after reading the reviews did I realise what I had fallen into – and how big a mistake it was. Avoid this company if you don’t want extra problems in your life. I switched to Lyca and ended up without any signal for over a week. Not only did they fail to activate my new number, but after the “help” of the first agent, they also deactivated my old Lycamobile number. Other agents then told me the number doesn’t match the ICCID – even though it matched for the first agent. After that, they said “we can’t help you” and I lost both numbers. They ignore emails, PAC requests go unanswered, and live chat is a joke – hours of waiting, no real help. I’ve never experienced such poor and chaotic service from any telecom company in any country.
