After lots of poor communication she goes tonthe store and surprise surprise they have “already been collected” one claimed on Tuesday whilst another claimed on Monday. Of course this should not have been possible because the receipts could not have been shown. The manager and assistant managers and other staff who had knowledge of where they were are deceitful and untrustworthy. Do not expect good service from this store its run by Alibaba and his thieves.
