Stealing customers money false advertising

Both my son and daughter had the unlimited plan. (which isn't unlimited) We were traveling and they both used up the “unlimited high-speed data” and data on my daughter’s was completely suspended from her plan because they thought she had used too much. I contacted them by phone and was told I could purchase another plan or add more data. (adding more data wasn't an option online) so I renewed her plan like I was advised to and while purchasing it gives you the option to forfeit the rest of the previous plan which I agreed to. When she lost Wi-Fi she still didn't have data so I contacted RED POCKET again and was informed that since I bought the same plan as she had before it would renew on the renewal date and that they couldn't add it at that time but I could purchase another plan that wasn't the unlimited plan that I had already purchased but I would lose the $45 on the one they put in the stack instead of applying it. So they wouldn't apply the $45 plan I bought even though it says you can at purchase and if I changed to the $30 plan they would keep the money off the $45 plan I had purchased. Two different people agreed that it was an issue on their part but never once offered to refund my money or add high-speed data. All they would do is turn her slow-speed data back on. The next day I contacted them to get my transfer pin to switch carriers and was informed then after 3 days of dealing with them that if the number was transferred I wouldn't be able to receive a refund on the $45 plan. So after 3 days and over an hour on the phone I was finally told that my refund was submitted. That was yesterday so we will see if it happens. They are ripping their customers off please be careful using them if you decide to!!!!
