Living nightmare

The worst experience I've had to deal with a property agency. I have stayed in one of their properties for 1.5years now. From day one, the flat visit was 15mins with previous tenant still present, had to confirm right there and then for a 2-year lease or risk losing the flat (so they said). The agent promised a new oven and shower glass - never happened. The flat was filthy on move-in day and had to arrange the cleaner to come back. The bedroom curtains were completely dissolved over time and had to be replaced, the contractor they sent was rude and verbally abusive and blamed me for a parking ticket. Even after requesting for a white shade to be installed in this south-facing flat, they installed a black one, the room reaches 29°C in the summer. I had to request them not to send me the same contractors again. They made copies of the keys and provided me with the spares instead of original ones, now the door lock is so damaged over time that it's a real struggle to lock it, sometimes I have to leave the door opened as it simply cannot be locked. The agency has apparently 5 extra sets on hand but refused to provide them to me. The washing machine door cannot open anymore after one load still inside, after calling Hotpoint customer service and building management, they both said I had to contact Dexters instead with no action. The incompetence of this agency is incomprehensible. UPDATE: I'm not using a different name for this review. Dexters should have my details as I am one existing/current tenant. It's been 3 weeks since I asked for alternative keys and 2 days since I told them my washing machine door is locked. Nothing so far. Tired of fighting for bare minimum service. Please hire staff that take accountability in their jobs.
