I reached out to Snellers 3 days ago about a gutter fault on our neighbour's Victorian conversion (which includes one apartment managed by Snellers). Sophie was proactive in swiftly forwarding my report to the relevant management company and promptly advised me that the gutter fault would be looked into as a matter of urgency. The faulty gutter has yet to be inspected or repaired so outcome of the situation remains unknown, hence the 3 stars. Sophie's own input at outset was 5 stars however.
