The single worst experience with a travel agent / agency in my life. Our "agent's" name was Ashley Myers and I have to say she was consistent. Meaning she was consistently slow to respond (if she responded at all) and consistently failed to follow through on her promises. Based upon her performance I can honestly say I will NEVER use this service again. Also, when I asked to speak with her supervisor Ashley (as always) failed to send me the contact info. I asked again and she sent only the person's name, no contact info. However, interestingly enough her supervisor's name was also Myers. Nepotism at it's finest in my opinion.
