Do not rent at YYC Routes Car Rental!
The Routes Car Rental at YYC are very slow. The shuttle pickup took 45min of wait. And then, another long wait after other customers at the checkin counter. Overall, an hour and 15 min since my call for pickup and I haven't started the process of getting the car. In order not to miss my appointment, I took a taxi instead as it will take 2 hours to finish processing the car rental. Very bad, slow service that can miss any tight appointments.
