NO Customer Service whatsoever
I moved to Tomato Energy - no problems. However then I found I couldn't submit meter readings. I have sent emails (no answer), sent emails direct from website (no answer) and tried calling but.... no answer. Correction to above - Customer Care did actually answer my phone call after 37 minutes (!) on hold. Once I spoke with them - I got answers (they have been overbilling me). Still rubbish service though
