Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts (330)-656-2600

I ordered fabric 3 weeks ago and my order still says processing. I tried emailing them but I got no response after a week. I attempted to place the same order to be picked up from the store, after about 2 days my order was canceled. I will be giving them a call. Hopefully someone will answer.
