Mint Mobile customer service
I recently had no signal and I can only make emergency phone calls after paying advance for one year of service from Mint mobile. I called up and asked what was wrong with my phone service and was told by one of their services technicians their system showed that my phone was locked and it wasn't their problem. I should contact the manufacturer to get it fixed! As it turns out after I cursed out Place of purchase and tried to contact the phone manufacturer Samsung, it was a system problem on network end!!! I was without service for a couple of hours. The customer service person had me change settings and reset my phone losing all my network information! Apparently they were doing maintenance somewhere and she just didn't feel like telling me that, either she was incompetent or really didn't care! I'm thinking she was incompetent she could barely speak English! Buyer beware!
