I opened an account with Openbank and I have to tell you they are the worst customer service to have to deal with. Suprise, surprise if you even get a competent individual on the phone to answer any questions you may have. I tried to cancel out a transfer and they would not do it. I had to wait until the transfer was applied then I can transfer it back as per the representative. I called the next day to cancel the Openbank account so the transfer would not go through and it was applied anyway. I called today to make sure the account was closed and it was not because this representative told me the first person advised me incorrectly, when in fact I have to what until they transfer my original transfer back to my bank and then I have to call them back again to close it…Are you kidding me????!!!! They are awful!
