These guys are scammers
Routes Car Rental Punta Cana Airport. Totoally unprofessional staff. In short, scammers. The car was untidy, smelly and in poor shape when I received it. I realized they ticked the box that said I declined full coverage despite me actually paying full coverage during booking process. Thank god nothing happened, hence I didn't had to make a claim. I left the car with more petrol than they gave it to me and exactly in the same condition, yet one day after handing back the car and returning from my holidays in Domincan Republic they charged me 20u$s for not sure what since the car was returned in perfect conditions, no one made any observations when I returned it other done asking me to sign a form in a tablet for which of course I was given no hard copies and couldn't read a thing. My learning: I should have checked company's reviews in Trustpilot and paid attention to the 25% unsatisfied customers' feedback. I am pretty sure many of the positive feedbacks shared here are made up by employees in their spare time; and they do appear to have a lot of it in their hands. Just a disgrace. Hope you lose more customers soon and go bunkrupt as you well deserve
