Uncommunicative and unhelpful pharmacy
CORRECT WEBSITE AND COMPANY EDIT: I emailed again asking for a resolution with parts of their various policies available from their website quoted to them and have now been ignored. I ordered some inhalers on the 5th April and straightaway had a confirmation email to say that the order had been received and that I would receive an email once my order has been approved/dispatched. 16 days later still no correspondence from them. I emailed them on the 15th complaining and asking for a full refund....still nothing. I emailed them again today reiterating that I would like a refund due to them being unable to approve/reject my prescription with no correspondence whatsoever to let me know what was going on, I also said that I would take things further if they didn't respond and give me a full refund. To give them some credit they did respond to me second email within a couple of hours staring they would refund me. On checking my banking app it would appear they are keeping back a £5 surcharge as part of their "returns/cancellation" policy, however this policy states this is for orders that have been approved/rejected or cancelled after being dispensed. Seeing as my order fits into none of those categories, I have once again asked for a full refund including the £5 surcharge and a refund of the shipping fees.
