What a way to start business with a new customer

Ordered and payed for a new eSIM on Friday and still not received it after being promised that it would be ready to use within 24 hours! been talking to a robot for 3 days as I was unable to get through to a human but on Monday i finally managed to speak to a human agent (on chat) was told that by Tuesday I would have received an email that will finally allow me to set up my eSIM and access my online voxi account yet ive woke up this morning, checked my emails and still nothing off them! Really needed the eSIM and only ordered it as the online information that they provided stated that I would receive it within 24 hours which was important to me as I urgently needed it, what a waste of my time and loss to me, what a way to start business with a customer voxi! Not happy and will be contacting my bank sometime this morning to get my money returned to me as you sold me a false service based on false advertising! Wouldn’t ever recommend to anyone that urgently needs a new eSIM as you will not get it when told or expected

Very dissatisfied once again

Very dissatisfied once again, data was running out extremely fast so phoned and complained, told them I was going to change my network provider and that I had given a bad review on Trustpilot, got a random phone call off an agent days later asking me what my complaint was and was offered a new deal based on the amount of data that I regularly use and was told “your data will now last you the whole month” asked if my phone call was being recorded and got the person to quote that my “data will last the whole month” ….its not even 3 weeks in and I’ve run out of data again, not only that but was asked if I would remove my bad rating on Trustpilot if they changed my plan to a better one, which I did at the time but only because I was offered what I thought was an amazing deal, turned out to it to be false and I now feel as though they have blackmailed me for the sake of a bad review, changing my network provider tomorrow morning and wouldn’t ever recommend using lebara for that reason
