complete scam / fraud
complete scam, don't bother. I called them with a leak problem, after the water company dtermined there was one... they said, you have to identify exactly where the leak is, and then we will send someone out! What a scam.... plus, the reps hardly speak english (I spoke to several different ones, they can't tie two works together)
