Charlie Johnson was excellent from start to finish. No pressure tactics, clear information and whilst being very knowledgable, if he wasn't sure about anything he was quick to find out and respond with the answer. Process for test driving and selecting vehicle was easy. There were a few teething issues with the vehicle, however these were sorted quickly and in a professional way by the service team.
