Trying to deal with an insurance claim
Trying to deal with an insurance claim, they are the worse insurance company ive ever used. My husband spent 4 hours trying to deal with them for one of the staff members to tell him to go f himself and hang up! Shocking behaviour. A complaint has been raised and they have 3 days to respond and then I will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman!
