Genuinely the worst experience.
Genuinely the worst experience of buying a house you could get. Basic admin errors getting dates pushed back again and again, lying about paperwork coming through 3 days later than it did, unless that day email was suddenly slow. Honestly I wouldn't bother unless you want extra stress on top of an already stressful time. I also forgot to mention something important that needed signing, just found out about it at the last minute when we had been and signed everything anyways, so now another trip to get something signed as they're so disorganised. Avoid like the plague.
