ID Check Processing Time w Service Termination Timing
I submitted my ID documents to your team on 1st April, received a Credas link on 3rd April (10AM), and had my service terminated less than 24hrs later (2AM). Your process should include the days it takes to provide a link to your ID check and then 48hrs at the minimum. Ideally, once you receive the documents via email, your process should hold longer. If not, then the notifications and description of processing times should update to reflect that it may take several days to process id.
