Update

update - After 3 emails over the course of nearly 10 days asking for status update, they finally responded and referred me to their customer service agreement. I had already given them a warning on the final email if I did not receive a status update or refund within 24 hours I'd be contesting this with my credit card company (Chase). Well, after no response I filed a formal dispute with Chase. Homerepairparts is now threatening me with $1,000 in legal fees for not abiding by their customer service agreement and will only drop the fees if I drop the dispute with Chase. A $1,000 fee over a $38 part. Well, I'm not dropping any disputes. Good luck getting your $1,000 from me. I'll be submitting the entire communications chain to Chase today. As the other gentleman just said in his recently posted review, maybe I'll win, maybe I'll lose the dispute of the $38 but I intend to make you work for your money as well. Have fun battling this out with Chase.
