I spend on average between £150 to £200 monthly instore have since home bargains first opened I decided to place online delivery order as I look after my elderly mum and im unable to get instore I must say looking through all reviews there is definately a problem with there online delivery service that urgently needs adressing. Ive placed my order total £105 order was acknowledged but very little since its been 7 days now when i emailed they advised there had been a problem 1 item not in stock. Correct me if im wrong home bargains customer service.Every other store in the uk will let you know you would be offered a refund but your order would still be delivered in the intrim. So why is this delaying deliveries it does not make sense. I have a legal background and some of the comments in the review section regarding refunds for damaged goods etc missing goods Ordered online contravene the consumer goods act .I am awaiting my delivery with bated breath and will let everyone on here know how I get on. I will take action if im not satisfied and so should everyone else.
