Laura has been excellent
Laura has been excellent. I have developed Sciatica over the past few weeks and it is extremely painful, we booked as a family to come to see Razorlight and a was really worried as I knew that I wouldn’t be able to stand for long. Laura helped me change my tickets so I still get to enjoy the evening with my family. So greatful. I never write reviews but good customer service needs to be recognised xxxxxx
