When I first moved in
When I first moved in, I couldn't turn on my water because the outside water faucet was leaking. It took them nearly a month to fix that. They offered a hotel but never called me back about the hotel. I have been asking them for compensation and I was never compensated. They kept saying they would put in a ticket for it and take it to property management. I would receive no call from property management about the compensation and I would have to keep calling them and they would just say the same thing. Property management finally called me after a month or so and still say the same thing which is they will have to put in a ticket for it. They eventually switch the property I rent to another company. I tried getting in contact with them about my compensation but there was a problem with their phone lines. Also When I moved in there was no trash ben. The recycle ben was full junk and the top was broken.
