Spoke with the customer services gentleman who was very polite listened to what I said was wrong and fixed the problem but was slightly worried how the problem happened in the first place and will look into for me. Would recommend Thank-you

Raised a complaint with Anglian Water asked customer services to listen to previous conversations where I was told that a resolution to an issue would be done only for them to then say the resolution that you were told was not carried out.Going forward told by customer service the afore resolution can not be done until a certain payment has cleared and even then to trust the resolution will THEN be carried out. CCWater the independent company don't want to or won't intercede citing you resolve the issue with your provider.Waste of space as an ombudsman.
