Loss Prevention department
Everyone that thinks of joining Loss Prevention department. Unfortunately had a bad experience with Loss Prevention department manager while was working there. After spending many years in Security Industry and having strong Loss Prevention background I just want to say that I just met a lady who thinks she is the smartest and the best manager in the whole world. But it’s too good to be true… After joining and spending some time at Browns Fashion I have noticed that LP Manager is just very selfish trying to micromanage everyone (including staff members/cleaners), failing to give a feedback to the team, she had inability to be friendly and helpful, regular absence to work and leaving her team to work under high pressure, poor communication skills verbally and written, very weak security/LP background and not experienced, Over-reliance on employee self-management, Credit-stealing and more.. I could list many more but I think you all understood what I want to say. Unfortunately I have to write this feedback here and warn you all. All other people working there starting from cleaners to other managers are really sweet and great to work with, the only problem we used to have it was her. If you still thinking of joining this department and you are ready of doing 3 people job, be underpaid (less than 28k/year) always be watched/micromanaged its your place! If not please avoid this shop and position.
