Do not use their online ordering app
I decided to try their online ordering app and compare it to Wal-Mart's. What a catastrophe! The list of available items is not even close to what's available in the store. Even after I placed the order and selected a time to pick the items up I got a message stating the order was available to pickup NOW - 2 hours before the time I had selected!!! Since there were several cold items and I was available - I drove over to pick up my order. When the shopper came out I asked if anything was shorted and she said no, everything was complete. When I got home I found 5 items missing and no receipt to prove I was not charges for them. I tried call the local store and was given an 844 but they reversed the last 2 numbers so I got some sweepstakes scam company - NOT Winn Dixie. Today I called and got the correct number that eventually ended up in India. The person could not be understood at ALL. I was finally (after 20 minutes) able to relay the issue with my order and was told the refund would take 7 to 10 business days to show up on my credit card...... I will NEVER use their online ordering app again!
