Having called at least six law firms to verify an ID1 form for Land Registry Assent transfer purposes only to be met with a negative response, I carried out further research and came across PCS Legal in Basildon. On Friday 26th April at around 4pm, I called and was put through to Leighanne Allen. What a breath of fresh air after dealing with so much negativity. She explained everything in such detail took my name and number ensuring she would call back in ten minutes. She did exactly that. An appointment was made for this morning and the matter was dealt with very efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. From my experience, I cannot rate them highly enough.
