No customer service, no money back for not fulfilled performance
The customer service was awful. I used to be there and habe several questions regarding their shows, unfortunately the employees have no idea of their products, what they reply is just "go to see our website" where the information is not complete on their website. It is also bad at organising, I was in Hamburg JUST FOR Hamilton on 17th, but they informed me the cancellation so shortly after I have already checked in in Hotel. They again informed the cancellation on 18th only 2 hours before the show (informed through social website). Also during the corona time, they cancelled their performances without refund not even voucher, what I have is just a rebook link to the shows which have difficulties to sell. I can only rebook the shows which are around 100 euros for what I paid for nearly 200 euros. Contacted the customer service but there is NEVER anyone there. Such an irresponsible company.
