This review is particularly directed to Dawn, from Darwin Homes, who went above and beyond to get a serious issue caused by the resident portal involving my rent payment. For some unknown reasons, the portal withdrew two payments on the same day, but recorded only one. So, when the month ended, it started showing a balance of one rent as if it was late. Dawn was on top of the issue from day one, and kept his calm and support even when I lost my temper. He tracked down the issue until his last resource, and was finally able to get it resolved.
