Absolute nightmare company
I live in Ontario Canada. I ordered a dress for my daughter on October 21. Somewhere within the shipping process my dress never made it to Ontario Canada and instead was sent back to Australia on October 29. I contacted the company and at first kept telling me my dress was in Canada and to file an investigation. I tried but becasue it involves an international tracking number I am unable to but Canada post suggested that the company can. Well, Beginning Boutique was extremely unwilling and instead repeatedly told me to wait to see if the dress would come. As of today the company has blocked my email address. I am out over $120.00. I have proof of all their emails to back up what I am saying. This is not a way to do business. The reviews on their website must be fake. I wrote a bad review and they won't post it.
