I ordered a Garmin Fenix 7X Pro on 12th…
I ordered a Garmin Fenix 7X Pro on 12th May, and since today no watch, no reply, no refund, passed more than 7 weeks. They offered a free spare watch strap to wait extra time, however... On Monday I sent an email to them asking about delivery date, no responce. Yesterday I sent an email and asked a full refund, so far no responce. Because I needed this model watch to track my trails, yesterday I ordered exactly the same watch at the same price from other company "First Class Watches" and after 24h since I placed this order, I already got today watch from this company. So, just want to say people, that avoid this company "Jura Watches"!!! They will never write any emails themselves until you ask them to, and even now no any answer at all. I will try, and if not, I am going to report this "Jura Watches" company to Trading Standards. I can't believe that a company would "sell" such expensive products on their website and treat their customers like this. It's my fault for not reading the reviews about them before. I definitely won't leave it all like that.
