Absolutely awful service. After more than 20 emails exchanged, Lycamobile still refuses to close my account. Their responses take weeks, and every time they come back with excuses saying my information doesn’t match their system—even though I’m the account holder and the only one with access to my email. They keep billing me for a service I don’t even use, and every attempt to resolve this has been ignored or delayed. I thought my experience with 3 was bad, but Lycamobile is on another level of unprofessionalism. Stay far away from this company. Ridiculous, unhelpful, and completely disrespectful of their customers.
