Appalling Online Customer Service
My items arrived damaged. I followed the process to return them via email (no phone number available). I had to send 4 messages, with the last message threatening to retrieve funds via my bank, before I was issued with a return label. Now the parcel has been lost on the way back. Yet again, no reply to my messages until I threaten a charge back via the bank. Coincidence? I think not. Appalling customer service.
