Mixed opinion (so far)
Just ported to Talk Home Mobile - First the porting completed a day later than the date selected. The most frustrating thing is we're expected to contact them for very basic things such as cancellation of auto-renewal rather than providing an option somewhere account. How is it fair to allow user to start auto-renewal but we cannot cancel it? Further, the double data for first month was not allocated until I reached out to them (clearly things did not start well). If one wants to upgrade to a higher plan, they cannot chose the start date as it'll start immediately. What about the situations if I want to start the upgraded plan at the end of current subscription? Really cannot say how long I'd be able to stick to them (hopefully my experience changes as there are basic things and controls that are currently missing).
